Practical Training for Multicultural Customer Service

At Your Service: Working with Multicultural Customers is a customer service training curriculum that builds service knowledge and skills to meet the needs of all customers in a rapidly changing marketplace. It is relevant to any community business, organization, healthcare facility or government agency.

At Your Service is a cost-effective staff training opportunity for your organization, or a community-wide service quality initiative. Use the curriculum to deliver a ½ day workshop that is fun, practical, and research based. Workshop participants will:

  • Understand how culture affects the service experience
  • Learn how to manage their own attitude
  • Practice skills to identify and respond to customer needs
  • Gain strategies to create and maintain positive customer experiences
  • Create a personal action plan to put these skills to work immediately
