The University of Minnesota offers the At Your Service program through educational offerings in Minnesota.

Workshops

University of Minnesota Extension Educators will deliver local half-day workshops using the At Your Service curriculum. These workshops may be sponsored by a local Chamber, organization or Convention & Visitor Bureau. Cost for a ½-day workshop is $900 up to 40 participants. Contact a Minnesota Extension Educator to find a workshop.

Community Initiative

This train-the-trainer approach creates a team of local instructors able to deliver At Your Service workshops within your community. The Tourism Center and an Extension Educator work with your community to create a sustainable training agenda, train your local instructors, deliver value-added workshops, and conduct evaluation over a one-year period. Train-the-Trainer Curriculum

Purchase the complete At Your Service curriculum to use as your customer service training program and deliver the workshop yourself. The Tourism Center offers a yearly Train-the-Trainer session the help you deliver the program as effective as possible.
