About the Program

At Your Service: Working with Multicultural Customers is a customer service training program. The program teaches the foundations of customer service and helps participants realize the significant role culture plays in the service encounter. Awareness and sensitivity to cultural diversity helps service providers adapt so that each customer receives quality service to meet their needs and expectations.

A SU SERVICIO: Como trabajar con clients de diversas culturas

The entire At Your Service: Working with Multicultural Customers curriculum is also available in Spanish as A Su Servicio: Como trabajar con clients de diversas culturas. All materials have been translated and culturally adapted for Spanish-speaking audiences. The Spanish materials parallel the English language version including fully scripted instructor materials, a Powerpoint presentation, evaluation tool, and reproducible masters for the participant workbook.
